One New Year's Eve the Big Guy was looking down at Earth. He saw the big beautiful blue planet and thought that was not a bad piece of work. Then he looked at the folks and their was a lot of rascally behavior going on. So He decided to send an assistant Big-Guy down to Earth to check things out.
When the assistant returned, he told the Big Guy, "Yes, the planet Earth is still a beautiful place; but 95% of the people are misbehaving and only 5% are not."
The Big Guy thought for a moment and said," Maybe I had better send down another assistant for a second opinion."
When that assistant returned, he went to the Big Guy and said, "Yes, it's absolutely true. The Earth is still one of your most beautiful creations. But the people are in ravaging decline! Ninety-five % are misbehaving and only 5% are being good."
The Big Guy was not pleased. He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, to encourage them and give them a little something to help them keep going!
