Hello all !

Today i will tell you how to made rocks like this on the TFR.

Firt stape : the inside structure is made whith isolation extruded isolation foam. The blocs are cuted whith a hobbie knif et paste with white vinylic wood glue. To fix temporary foam pieces during the cement drying i used screw (for aglomerated wood type).

Second stape : Recovering the foam structure with plaster. Dont hesitate to put a lot to have something to scatved after drying!! Lets a long time for dring : around 72 Houres. If you dont, plater will be humid in deeth and wont be enouth strong !

Third stape : Scarved whith a plate screwdriver some polygonals volumes in the dry plaster. The goal is to maque quite similar shape than the foam structures. If foam reapers be cool , it' not a problem you will do more plater.

In the forth stape you need to create details and textures. It's the hardest an crutial stape !! After that start painting with acrilics paint.I use tamiya one but others are great to. You dont need an air brush for that! I paint all the rocks in desert yelow and i put a juice of isoprolic alcool and back china ink. (for the hole). After i put a white drybrush on the "proheminence" (is it english?).

Those are great rocks, but I love the way you used those low retainers too.  Very nice.
