I have often talked about my layout project here. But I've never included a diagram of my benchwork plan. Please look at it and feel free to comment, criticise or offer suggestions. I'll also answer any questions you may have about it.
The benchwork plan uses the Woodland Scenics Mod-U-Rail stands designed for the Woodlands Scenics modules themselves. I will most likely use some of the modules but use 2" extruded styrofoam for the rest.
The room it will go in measures 12 feet 3 inches (shown at the top of the diagram) by 15 feet. Not all of that wall space is useable howver. The benchwork along the left wall runs for 11 feet and that along the right wall 9 feet 7 inches. These dimensions are dictated by the fact that the entrance to the train room is on the bottom wall (not shown on the diagram) near the left wall and doorway leading to the laundry room on the left wall.

. Have you not yet learned how to include pictures without them becoming standalone images
If it were me and to save space, I would go back and delete them.
