Once a person gets 'into' Mustangs they are hooked for life. Mustangs in the wild can be found all the way across the North American continent. IMHO the best thing the early Spanish explorers ever did to this part of the world was to let their horses go loose into the wilds of the West.
When you are up to date on these sites, let me know and I will post more.
Have fun.

That's one thing about this
That's one thing about this site, we're so relaxed we can even horse around a bit and no one gets hurt...

One of the great things
One of the great things about having our owns blogs that we can occasionally go off topic (as I have quite a few times
) and it is OK! In fact, it is more than OK; it makes things much more interesting!
Here are three more links sent to me by Wild Horse Hans via a PM:
I'm sure he will not mind my adding them to this blog! I must admit though, that I have not as yet spent too much perusing them!
Be careful,....
...Bryan, Mustangs are deadly addictive.
Have fun.

Don't mind at all
Don't mind the links added one bit. Anything that can let people kinow about Mustangs is good in my opinion.
They are like chips though, one is never enough!
One of the best things going right now is that the Government is starting to use Mustangs.
The Border Patrol, USMC and U.S. Army all have Mustangs in thir ranks. The Border Patrol uses them on the Northern border and say they are much better than the Quarter horses they used to use. The USMC has a mounted color guard and they only have Mustangs. The Army has some at Arlington in the caison unit and a few Forts out West have them for Cavalry demos.
These are the TRUE American horse, and they still serve our counrty to this day just as they always have in the past.
By the way Moose, those are some great links!!!
Is it ok that even though I
Is it ok that even though I have an allergy to horses, I still found this thread interesting? :-)
