Ok so some of you have Anger management right?
Well some of you may not have have it as bad as i do,
Today while running my trains, they derailed.
i got upset because it was not my track that was at fault it was my Atlas Flat car and a MP tanker.
long story short, i threw them at the wall, and both trains shattered, litteraly.
while still in my fit of rage i destroyed my layout too (thank god i have no foam or kits or scenery detail)
i have several pieces of track in half, bending track into a V but not the way that rails are not to be bent i.e. rail head is touching rail head two trains are broken several others need replacement couplers and wheels and my kato SD70M is in shambles......just kidding she is fine.
and now i have holes in my wall (may i borrow some plaster and white paint?)
Do i have a problem?

Of course you could always blame the track, couplers, pizza-cutter flanges, poor lighting, your local hobby shop...

Clearly there are no anger problems here. Only your justifiable rage at the Manufactures of the defective products.
Here is the advise from the,
WORLDS GREATEST MODLER (ME OF COURSE).
The rail cars should know it is their Job to remain on the rails at all times.
The fact that they derailed means that there was a manufacturing defect that caused them to derail. I would writ a letter to the manufacturing demanding that due to the detective cars you were driven to distraction and should be compensated with much money and new freight cars.
I would also include the track manufacture they also bear some responsibility.
Pay no attention to any threatening letters from their legal firm. I would post their name on the WWW calling into issue (they get scared when you do this) where they got their legal training.
That's about all I can say right now. I've another court date regarding some defective trees. Oh Me I must have lost my last case, the marshals are here to ......

So that makes three lawsuits...WOO!!!
