Layout Design finally finalized

Now, watch I say that but I will go back and make more changes.

Baseboard 1 contains two stations, one freight and one passenger on opposite sides. Also, the loop is there with a tunnel(unmarked) and a bridge over a creek(river). Baseboard 2 contains a freight yard, roundhouse, storage for passenger cars, and fueling areas for engines(both steam and diesel).


Baseboard 1 is currently under construction. Baseboard 2 will added at somepoint in the future, once I find a way to make the two easily separatable, and reconnectable. Also, I discovered that it would be cheaper to reroof the building rather than build a small room in a carport plus got to have some place to put the car.

Every little town your railroad services can have it's own passenger station and freight station.  The smaller ones can have freight and passenger combined, and the smallest a passenger shed.  With the room you have given yourself in the middle you might want to consider how you could set up a couple little towns, farms and some industry near the tracks.
