Looks like you have some plans. I plan to get a couple GP-9 and GP-30 locos for the late era of my WM, C&P, WMSR grand ideas railroad empire.
One tip that my help with the photos. On the fuzzy photos you posted here what happened is that the camera moved while you were taking the shot. If you can keep the camera really still while pushing the shutter, you should get some clearer pictures. That is one of the problems I have. I have to really concentrate on keeping the camera sill.
