We are now carrying Southern Digital Digiframes for easy conversion to DCC on older Non DCC ready locomotives.
These frames are high quality Pewter castings and , even with removed material for decoder placement , are about 20% heavier than standard zinc frames.
These could even be used to increase tractive effort on DC locomotives !
They are well done and may require some minor finish filing to de-bur but are very easy to use. They come with very complete instructions on decoder placement and installation.
