I've just purchased an NCE PowerCab system and am slowly starting to work on converting the fleet. I have a couple of the N12AO drop in decoders for my newer Atlas SD 7/9 mechs.

I also have a number of older Atlas SD7/9 mechs with the split light boards. What's the recommended decoder for these?

 Cheers,

 Trevor

Or you could use one of the ZIMO decoders........

It might also be possible to use one of the ZIMO (horror of horrors) wire in decoders. I say this with a smile because soldering a wire down doesn't scare me. Then again, I have worked in electronics for a long time. I am more concerned about the fit than anything.
