Running 2 dcc locomotives to pull large train

Real newbie here, but can two locos be programmed on the same address to pull one long train (zepher controller)

thanks in advance for any help!

Yes... either by

Yes... either by reprogramming the second loco to the same address as the first, or by using "advanced consisting", where the controller sends the same commands to two locos... Either way you need to "speed match" your locos.

     Heya and welcome. It's not as hard to do the speed matching as it sounds. It will be well worth the effort and you will be quite pleased with the results. I have diesels of the same type "ganged" to do just what you want to do. I use an NCE system but the principal is the same.
