This is a subject from another website.  Should CONCOR make the BURLINGTON ROUTE 1949 PIONEER ZEPHYR in N-scale as a kit to upgrade the 1936 set they allready make?

I think so.  If you do suggest it to Concor  http://www.all-railroads.com/  But you just have to email them sense they don't have a suggestion box.   Cool

John, your three "drum up
John, your three "drum up support" topics probably should have been a single General post... they are essentially the same verbiage with a different target item, and two of the three are aimed at the same manufacturer.

Thanks Bryan

Bryan I am glad you said something about this "Drumming up stuff". I deeply resent that type of thing, it's like someone telling me how I should vote. NO I WON'T VOTE FOR IT! THE ZEPHYR's WERE BUTT UGLY! I have not seen anything from Con-Cor I would buy anyway.

HE IS A NEW GUY!

I agree that Concor should make the 1949 Pioneer Zephyr.  This would go with the more 1950s look.  Post as much as you want.  It's a free world suggest away.  I agree so I responded to your post.  Simple as that.  I didn't get all upset over it.

Sounds like a blast to be around some of you.  Bye Jacko  tata

"Jacko" do you know what

"Jacko" do you know what the word "should" means?  I'm not telling you to.  Thanks for your kind words in return.  Always nice to meet people.  Thanks~

Thanks trainboy for your help.

YES I know what "Should" means

You somewhat remind me of the lawyers that are "wanna be" Judges walking into the courthouse where I work. They are very aggressive about telling us to vote for them. Perhaps if you asked us what we thought instead of "suggesting" that we drop a note to Con-Cor. As I said I wouldn't buy anything from Con-Cor anyway. The JUNK I had from them soured me on that.

OK guys, enough is enough!

OK guys, enough is enough! Cut out the rhetoric, we don't do that here and we certainly don't do flaming, so take note!

Bottom line is that the original four posts should have been combined into a single post and if that had been done the chances are that none of this additional garbage would have taken place.

So, let it be, please nothing more from anyone in this vein! OK?

You can remove my posts.
Go ahead and remove my three posts.  I don't think I like this website.  I'm new and you would think a simple email asking me to redo my posts, but instead the puplic gets to see this.  I didn't know I thought you needed passenger car posts in the rolling stock forum and diesels in the diesel forum.  Sorry just delete my account too.  I don't really care.  I'm done.

Okay what is going on

Okay what is going on here!!!

I think concor was really really cheap before.  But lately they are getting better.  Another version of the pioneer zephyr couldn't hurt.   All the companies are getting better now a days.

What's the talk about lawyers about?  Kind of silly guys!  This is just a post.  It's a naye or ayes post without pointing fingers.

Which is exactly why I said (in case you missed it):

This request is being made of everyone (meaning all members), not just those who posted above!

Posts that contribute to the topic in the original post are always welcome! Any further off topic posts will be deleted.

No Concor 1949 Pioneer Zephyr kit
I asked Concor to do a 1949 Pioneer Zephyr or a kit for it after reading that post.

Then I sent an email plainly asking them if they have plans on doing it and they said no kits will be produced because it costs the same to produce the whole thing over. That's all they said. Something like that.

I also requested the E5's of course and the Denver and other zephyrs to kato.

We'll make this happen. Maybe someone will make a little kit you glue onto the pioneer. Kato will give into the E5's.

Bud
