So I grabbed some scrap plywood, code 55 track and went to work. Below are some pictutes of what I have done up to this point. I took alot more, but there is no need to post 20 pictures of the same installed turnout ;o)
New Shelf Layout
After spending a bunch of time and money on a Kato track based hollow core door layout (mostly last year), I eventually decided it was just too much for our tiny apartment. When we moved (unfortunately from one apartment to another) the door layout was leaned againt a wall and was never moved. One rainy day I started to scope out some of the extra wall space we had and decided I could easily put in a small point to point shelf layout. Our club had also recently started up a brand new code 55 based module layout, so I was eager to do somthing with code 55 at home.
