Does anyone know where I can get either XtrkCad or RTS file of the Gulf summit & susquehanna valley layout?

Layout Files

It is Layout N-18 in the "Atlas Nine N Scale Railroads" book

I'm building a modified expanded version, somewhat based on Bill Bentgens expanded version from http://www.billbentgen.com/railroad/index.htm 

I am just looking to see if anyone has any Layout files for me to play with
