IN my previous message I gave the wrong dimensions on my train room size. It is actually 12 x 16 but has two dorrways and a wall of closets. THe layout itself will measure 12 x 12 tho not all of that space will be used. It will end up in the form of letter G with top of the letter measuring 9 feet because that wall has a door way. I wish I new to upload a scan of the design for the benchwork but I can't at this point.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
