I like it. Looks like you have a lot of room for scenery. The only thing that would bug me is when you pull your train out of the yard, and it comes back... There is no way of flipping the loco around. I might be missing something. Maybe at Virginia point make a Wye, or even a small reversing loop in the yard just for the loco?

On the real Galveston Island, there is a wye after the BNSF West Yard. I will add the wye at the end of the layout to turn the loco around. For double headed locos, they don't need to be turnaround.
On lower deck staging yard, there is a loop along the fringe of the peninsula to turn the trains around.

looks good, ill say this i know that area, i used to live in San Antonio bro so there will be KCS, Ferromax running through there too, also youll need alot of UP SD70s for that area, that was all i saw down there, a couple of GE's on the BNSFs line and KCS too....
cant wait till construction begins lol
