Hey Railfans,

I've just picked up Walthers' Empire Leather Tanning complex, and I'm itching to build some stuff.  I may just assemble it per the instructions, but where's the fun in that?  It's basically a box full of Wathers' modular walls, windows, and roofs, so the sky's the limit.

Do you have any ideas for a good kitbash?  Is there anything that you've always wanted to see someone build?

kitbasher's dream

paperrailroad; that is about the status of mine right now but here are some of the industries that I have been thinking about and will probably be using:

Dairy, brewery, glass works - bottles for the brewery and dairy, furniture factory, foundry, ship building if you are near water, fish processing plant likewise near water, meat packing facility. Heck with that many parts you might be able to get 2 industries out of the kit.

Let us know how things go.

Walthers Tannery....
This would be a good starting point for those who model the Wellsville, NEW YORK area from 1900 to the closing of the Tannery there and the demise of the WELLSVILLE ADDISON AND GALETON RR .
