Is it me or is this site seeing less traffic lately?
Saturday afternoon 4:20 pm and 3 people are on here. Whats that?
Sometimes it seems like hours before anything new is posted.

Diesels.......I like 'em

I haven't had much time to post anything worth reading lately, myself, and I can think of a couple of other people who are posting less these days. It's just the time of year; hard to ignore spring! (...if you're north of the equator right now.)

I tried to post a comment last night and the site was doing funny things? oh well! I have been busy painting the bathroom, getting the boat ready for the season, and as soon as I finish that and the new soffit under the addition, maybe I'll be able to staart working on the benchwork for my very first n scale RR! then again if the stripers or the weakfish start running or I'm up north and doing some trout fishing that will cut into my time for this new hobby. Maybe my wife is right - too many hobbies!

I have also noticed the drop in the number of posts recently but I believe it is pretty much to be expected. There always seems to be a drop in posting activity during the summer months (starting around now). Within this (pretty regular) cycle there are many ups and downs.
Nothing really out of the ordinary! Just keep checking and making the odd post yourself!

Spring and summer are always slow times on the site. Most folks are into outside projects and hobbies, Also vacations start to slow things down a bit.
As an inside hobby MRR is more of a fall and winter time hobby. Except for us old retired foggies
who now have time to do it all
See ya

Dave, after logging in I go straight to Recent Posts (link on right of page under your ID). This lets me see all the new posts (Forums, Bogs, Images, Feeds, etc.) in one handy chronological list! You can then pick the items you want to read! (I end up reading most of them).
If you haven't tried it (and it sounds like you haven't), you should!
PS You can also go straight to the Recent Posts page by logging into www.nscale.net/tracker

+1 on that. The only way to view. Only problem I've found reading the site that way is you don't always realize what forum things are posted in, which can make it harder later to find something you recall reading here. Especially if it was a blog post. On the whole, however, I like the Recent Posts feature. I also highly suggest the "YOU POSTED IN THE WRONG FORUM!!! How DARE you?" squawkers to read the site this way. It will greatly lower their blood pressure.
(note to adminisrtrators: see the smileys? They mean that statement is meant to be taken tongue in cheek.)
"Do Not Hump!?!?! Does that mean what I think it means!?"
I only posted for the points.
