How does one upload a trackplan?

I am at an impasse for the moment. I have the plan for my benchwork but how do I fit what I want to include on the layout on it? In order to ask the question I need to upload a scan of the benchwork. How does one do that?

Irv, scan the plan and save

Irv, scan the plan and save it as an image on your PC (preferably a JPG), then read http://www.nscale.net/blog-entry/bryanc/2007/10/26/adding-images-posts-blog-entries-articles-etc
