I've seen these labels on several individuals labels here on this site. How does one get that label?

When the sites revenue
When the sites revenue raising falls short of that required to keep the show on the road, Todd will put up a "Chip-In" in the upper right corner, where members can make donations... Donations over a certain amount get you "Supporter" status.
