Broadway limited

This is just a question in order to satisfy my curiosity nothing more nothing less

Is/was it normal for the broadway limited to have brown coloured carriages and have green coloured locos

As far as I know, the PRR

As far as I know, the PRR used Brunswick Green locomotives and Tuscan cars for all passenger service until about 1952 or so, when many (or all) of the locomotives were also switched to Tuscan (what you're calling brown).

ah yes, thank you ,I should
ah yes, thank you ,I should have known better than to call them brown as I knew it was called tuscan.but thank you for the info.I knew someone on here would know.
