    Pizza cutter wheel sets?

I keep reading about pizza cutter wheels on older products.
What are they besides the utensil?
    Any pictures?

    Default "Pizza Cutters"

They are wheels (mostly on older equipment) that have larger flanges than most newer locos and rolling stock. The larger flanges make them look like "Pizza cutters" from which they are named. The large flenges hit the "spikes" on (say) Atlas code 55 track but run Ok on code 80 track.
    Hope this helps,
    Tom.
