    Default What is Minimun Track Spacing & Radius?

    [General]
    There are two ways to approach this issue... What can I get away with, or what looks good.
    With both approaches, it depends on what length locos and rollingstock you are going to use.
    The longer the items running on the rails, the wider the curve and/or the greater the track spacing.

    The NMRA has Recommended Practices for modeler to use as a guild line (see link below).

    In yards, some people tend to increase track spacing a little, to make it easier to pick-up and place cars.
