Me too, Moose! I was at the Boeing swap meet in Kent last month with a table -- kinda anchored there. It will be nice to walk around this time.

I was sort of near the big rollup door and at a corner table. Had some Santa FE HO stuff and some miscellaneous N scale stuff for sale. I was wearing my BNSF Northwest Signal coat.

No, a moose pile would require a wheelbarrow and shovel, which the fair people have in spades (think 4-H horses), but might be loathe to loan out!

When it was in Raleigh, it was an enjoyable day.
The down side was the price. The advanced ticket saved some money, but they let the people buying at the gate in first. Parking was $10.00, so $22.00 to walk in the door.
They also did not allow leave and return. Lots of food trucks outside, but you couldn't leave and had to pay the outrageous prices for lunch ($9.00 hot dogs, the least expensive option, are hard to take).

That said, it was good to talk with the manufacturer's reps. White River was there - Kalmbach was listed, but didn't show up.

If they are giving the Disney presentation, I would highly recommend it. Wish I'd bought the book.

Didn't see many bargains, the vendors were big travelling outfits.

Have fun, there is no such thing as a bad day with trains.

Holy leaping antler sheds, Moose! That's not a walk, it's a hike! It'll be pouring rain, too, all two miles of it.

But hey, maybe you could leverage that into a couple nice purchases for the MT&P while you're at the show.

The show is packed, with untold numbers of kids here!

Met Moose and Mrs. Moose, found some freight cars I needed, and met some old friends, so all in all a great time!

Mr & Mrs Moose met the infamous @Paul Schmidt, a few other n-thusiasts that keep showing up everywhere the Mooses go (yea, creepy!), and bought a Tichy Train wreck train set been looking for for a few years now ... Yea, that Paul, he recognizes Mrs Moose before he recognizes Moose? How da'heck do ya' miss a moose with six foot wide moose rack? Any, Paul real nice human. Glad to have met him, finally...
