Apparently Moose has a mysterious background with the CIA or MI5 or Misson: Impossible or somesuch, because he was able to camouflage his massive antlers to look like a normal ball cap. Had not been for photos of the lovely Mrs. Moose published on this forum, I wouldn't have noticed him!

Spent several enjoyable minutes conversing with Moose and Mrs. Moose, and then had a wonderful several hours at the show. Kids everywhere!

Sorry to miss the show, but my wife had an invitation for us to attend the National Coalition for Technology in Education inaugural ball in DC. I was in the OTHER Washington (the one WITHOUT N scale trains).

Hmmm, the Monroe Show. Now there's an idea. I've not been to that one. And the drive from here is not bad if one takes Highway 18 to North Bend, then up through Duvall to Monroe.

    Although I might save my shekels. . . .

Still, I'll keep it on the radar, Moose.

Paul, if you're doing N-scale then Monroe is a "Must Go". That's where all the n scallers go every year. You'll be sorry if you don't.
