Default Busch Land Rover Defender Now in U.S. Hobby Shops

It has taken several months since they were released in Europe, but the new Busch Land Rover Defender is now showing up in U.S. Hobby shops. The prototype was in production from 1983 to 2016, but the "official" U.S. imports were limited to the 1993 through 1997 model years.

Here is a comparison photo of the new Defender with the similar in size Atlas Ford Explorer.

While the Defenders are not very common in the U.S., this model does add another relatively modern SUV to the mix of N scale vehicles.
