Good timing! I was trying to figure out how to model trash bags for behind my "Tiny's Diner". I just ordered a set of bags. Now do I even have "gloss" black paint?
    Thanks for another great product.

    Hi,

We've released some new items that would fit nicely on your layout:

    N3160 - 10 Garbage containers
These modern plastic garbage containers can serve as a finishing touch on your layout. The garbage containers can be placed down the street or in the garden. The kit contains 10 unpainted garbage containers.

I really like the modern garbage containers, a nice detail!

But I wonder, do they come with pick up service?

They must have had a very busy weekend at Tim's Diner. Just look at all the garbage bags! LOL. I am not really putting this many out but I thought I would show them off. They look great. Strangely the Testors Enamel spray paint is still a little tacky after 24 hours. Maybe I should have primered them?
    Cheers!

Did you soak them to remove the wax before painting?

    Hi Maurice,

Your Diner looks quite busy indeed. Nice little layout!
As Kingmeow mentioned it is important to clean the printed objects first. I use an ultrasonic cleaner.
After thorough cleaning it is best to apply a primer first. It makes painting easier and it prevents potential fading of colours in the near future too.

    Maurice,
Argh! I forgot about cleaning them. I was in such a hurry to get them painted I forgot. Live and learn. I may have to strip them and start over. The photo was taken on my workbench. I put a piece of black foamie under the diner so it would show up better. Please feel free to use the photo.
    Cheers.

I have always found Testors enamel paints take a long time to dry. I'd give it another day or so before I would strip them to see if the paint does set up.

    Hi,

Spring has begun, it is getting warmer. It's time to get rid of your old clothes. Just throwing them away is a waste, so we put the clothes in the textile collection box.
Now the little folks on your layout can do that too, because we now offer textile collection boxes in N scale.

    N3169 - 2 Textile collection boxes

The set comprises two containers.Model is delivered unpainted. More: https://railnscale.com/2018/04/06/altkleidercontainer/
