    Default Burlington Northern Green subsitute

    Hello,
Can anyone recommend a Spray paint that comes close to Burlington Northern Green if not exact color?

    Thanks,
    Andy

I highly recommend Tru Color paints. They are designed for an airbrush. http://trucolorpaint.com/products/

I tried to upload a photo of my P42 but its not working.

Tru Color or Badger Modelflex. Both very good paints.

Yeah, I wish l could implement a substitute for BN Cascade Green.

How about rolling the clock back to the days of Pullman Green and Omaha orange with Rocky the Goat in the herald (Great Northern) or Pullman Green and yellow (SP&S), or yellow and black (NP), or gray and Chinese red (CB&Q)?

Give me a can of "Mr. Nostalgia's Magic Time Turner", and I'd go back to 1966 in a heartbeat.

Can't think of anything close in spray cans. I don't even recall Floquil having Cascade Green in a spray.

Best bet is to get an airbrush, get comfortable with it, and use one of the products mentioned above.
