Default Best way to cut woodland scenics walls?

I'm doing some scratchbuilding with the models from the city and factory set and I want to cut up some of the walls. I'm aiming for a somewhat precise and even cut. I've heard dremil tools will melt the plastic when you use them, what do you suggest?

If you want to use a dremmel put a length of painters tape (or any good tape) along the line you want to cut (covering that line) and cut the plastic through the tape, you wont get and chipping or melting of plastic. This is how have customized motor bike windshields and cut perplex without an issue.
