One of the guys here, Alain Pelletier (palain) makes electronics like that, as well as many others. He has a website, click the following link to check it out: Scale-Train (www.scale-train.com)

While i'm not sure he has exactly what your looking for, he might have something that is "close enough" to simulate what you need.

Thanks for the reply! I looked at Alain's web site, and while I didn't see a strobe light, I did like his police cruiser with the LED flashers (I work for the New Jersey State Police) :D . I'll drop Alain an email and see if he has any ideas.

The same flasher that operates the police cruiser also fast strobes, makes welding simulation as well as fire simulation.

Very popular flasher, very powerfull item.
