After living with the backdrop (Scene is Burlington, Ia., along the river, originally 2 mated rolls 8' long, mounted on 2' Polypropylene sections) in as photographed order, I eventually disliked the fact that the more rural portion was situated behind the La Salle Station and urban area, and the denser city was backdrop view where my boondocks were on the layout.
