Atom3D (Alibre hobby version) is what I use.
It’s not cloud based.
It’s also not free... $199 (one time), and $50/yr for updates (optional).

From a prototype standpoint, if your location is a smaller one, having a wye would be appropriate.
A turntable would be for a bigger depot with more traffic... this is not strictly true, but...
