Yes, I used liquid nails for my door layout. One tube was enough. Just make sure you cover the outside edges, but not too close that the glue leaks out. Believe me I was thinking the same way.

Is this tomix tracks or Kato tracks that you have bought? With my Tomix tracks especially for the turnouts and such it's all based on the number on the box or on the back of the tracks themselves....
