The two big trusses I'll draw up with angles on the top and bottom cords as they have to hold the others and the short span can be just laserboard.

northeastern has 1/32 ( .032) wood angles not cheep at around a buck a foot but do use it for corners on my kits

you can make your own, would need 4 sections of angle stock for the top and bottom cords and some plastic or brass roods.

I like the Epson ink well printers and use one for my decals. Inks does dry slower but is also waterproof which the others are not.
Plus the ink last a long time and cost way less then cartages....
