You need to pull that plastic off before gluing. The high density ones we use, typically blue or pink, do not have that thin piece of plastic on the surface.
I don't think it's a short that you have otherwise your loco(s) would not run at all. Also that Kato power pack has overload/short circuitry protection. The indicator would light up if there is a...
What kind of track are you using and where are the connection point(s) to the power pack?
That power pack should have no problem powering two locomotives. I'm guessing the power is not reaching...
Yea! We have a flyer!
Nope. Can you host it outside and give us the URL?
Still can't see it. What post # do you see it in? I can take a screen shot of what you are seeing.
No flyer being shown in any posts.
Water based adhesive caulk. You really need to glue it down to the plywood with something. If you are using those edge fasteners, foam can absorb moisture and buckle or bend and you don't want that...
Can you make a single post with all the pertinent info since it's kind of spread across multiple posts above?
Date and time. Any rain date?

I have both Digitrax and TCS. I'm not sure about motor control but TCS does have better lighting options than Digitrax. But Digitrax decoders are $10 cheaper typically so if you have a lot of...
Do not change your direction of travel via CV before consisting. Just change the loco's directions with the reverse handle. Both locos have to be traveling in the same direction before consisting....
First thing to do is to download the manual since you bought it used (I'm assuming a manual wasn't included).

Best wishes to your future endeavors.
I've heard, through rumors, that the heavy metal ones can really bog down locos. It was advised that they should be coupled to the Noble gas ones.
I don't know how much the kits are on eBay but you can compare it with the kits available from the three major vendors of T-Trak kits, in no particular order:
Kato USA:...
I only shaped the Sculptamold when it was wet with a wooden stick, creating cravases, chasms, etc. No carving or sanding once dried. After that it was painting/weathering/washes. No fuss, no mess...
Definitely Sculptamold. Stays put and will not shrink as it dries/cures. You can apply it as thin or as thick as you want depending on the curvature you need. Also it has great working time...
I would use water based adhesive caulk, the same stuff that some modelers use to glue down cork and track. It has good hold strength and if you need to debond it, a good soak in warm water and a...
Did you use PayPal (hopefully not Friends & Family)? They have a 180 day protection for the buyer if the purchase went wrong. I never bought from FB but do the sellers have some kind of feedback...
One has to remember that for Kato, Japan is Market #1 and the US (and elsewhere) is Market #2. If you've ever lived in Japan or that in region of the world they don't have expansive indoor real...
The idea is to get more people into N-scale regardless if they are running your brand of tracks or locos, or DCC system, etc.
At the end of the day....see Rule #1. :D
It's not the first time. A few weeks ago they had a similar good up. So I decided to send them a message just to see what the response was. The auction expired with no buyers. It was only after...
Atlas MP-15.
Unbelievable! More like this :head-wall::head-wall::head-wall::head-wall::head-wall::head-wall: :nope:
