Default B'mann NE Caboose To B&O

The profile of a Bachmann NE caboose is very close to a B&O I-5, the major differences are the I-5 is wood sided and there are windows on each side of the door, the ladders are different as well. But the NE makes a nice stand-in.

This one started life as an unlettered version. It was stripped, painted with a white primer then Model Master Insignia Red, trim is Model Master Interior Green the yellow is Polly Scale Signal Yellow.

THe pics that were in focus were great. But the comparison... man, you and I both suffer the same inability to take a picture. :-)

Nice job! I could actually use a B&O cabin... eventually my layout will feature an active interchange with B&O (from Green Springs, south of Cumberland) so I will need at least one road switcher and caboose, I haven't nailed down the road power yet. If you're frustrated with the older NE / I-5, then maybe I could help ease your turmoil by offering it a home...

Or, I could just get off my duff and actually build the wagontop kit that I bought on a whim many years ago!
