    I never did get my No4 turnouts working well. Ended up pulling almost all of them out.

    I think I may have to do this too. I have made all the adjustments I can and my switchers still derail about 90% of the time. I began to wonder if it was how the switcher was coming into the turnout. Originally I had the turnout right after a curve. I still get the derailments even after putting in 12" of straight before the turnout.

    I replaced all my #4 turnouts with #6 turnouts and everything runs flawlessly. Wish I would have known that earlier especially since the #6s are cheaper also!
