    Resurrecting this thread. What program do people recommend for merging photos to make a backdrop?

    I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm going to use Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 which I picked up for $25 recently.

    I'm embarrassed to say I had to go back through to the beginning of the thread to find out what program I used for mine (it's been that long!!!)

    I also used Photoshop Elements.
