    Default caboose switch control contacts.

I was eagerly waiting for some 224S switch stands to arrive. After reading the instructions, I set up one and marked it's spot and drilled a hole for the contacts.

Then I attempted to assemble the contacts...

The sliding contact mounted in the transfer bar seems to be fighting every attempt to assemble the unit. I am getting good at finding the contact and the tiny 'press fit' keeper on the floor...I can see why they give you two.

    Any suggestions?

OK, I pinched the contact and it stayed in place. Learning curve.
