    Default Open top mine loads

I'm looking for options on how to handle open hopper/gondola mine type industry loads. I would like to avoid the empties in/loads out arrangement. Who has removable loads and how do you handle them for operational purposes on your railroad?

I made a video about how I am making mine:

The video is more about the construction, but you can get a sense of how they "operate" as well. I have small fridge magnets embedded in the coal load, so that I can pop them out using a magnetic wand. Ideally, this happens without knocking the car off the track! The loads can then be stowed in pockets on the fascia, as one would with a car card & waybill system. I haven't actually gotten around to creating those pockets yet, but that's the goal.

Nice. Very clever and pretty fool proof.
