Found this faded Milwaukee Road boxcar in a garden supply center specializing in brick pavers and other supplies just north of the Emission Test facility in Schaumberg. Makes those N Scale Architect kit with the repurposed rolling stock a little more realistic.

Milwaukee ran through my hometown in Southern Iowa. It and Rock Island crossed in the west edge of town about a half mile west of the depot.
The photos were scanned from a book about Seymour.
