    Bring it out of the weather and buy some Zep45 brand penetrating oil with teflon. Soak it down several times a day for a couple of days and free it up. This is the stuff we use at work. Its a bit pricey, but its good stuff!!

    Thanks, but I soaked it for days in another rust-busting product to no avail. I finally threw it in the trash. It wasn't a very expensive one.
