MSRP for the latest run is less than $25. Where are you getting $40 from?

I need two more of them to complete the passenger train I want to have on my layout, and I undershot a little because MSRP always runs higher than the actual street price for some reason. In all actuality I'd be throwing $50 at them if I paid the price on the website, and still wouldn't see my cars for months.

Idunno, maybe MRR pre-orders aren't bad(There is something to be said for there being a higher risk of backlash when there's a physical product on offer), but as an avid gamer whenever I see 'Pre-order Now!' I get a foul taste in my mouth. Pre-orders are a cancerous blight upon that hobby that is demonstrably reducing the quality of product and I can't manage to shake that feeling in this one either. And, hell, these little guys usually end up going for $25 or so on eBay anyway.

Here they are even cheaper than $25 and if you buy a 4-pack they look very economical at $18.75 Ea.

I'll keep an eye on them and see if that number moves when they're actually in stock. Thanks~
