It is about time I saw this idea come back from the dead!
Use what you know about the world to model…
Learn from modeling what you don't know about the real world.

Wow... time to blow dust off this thread. I'm still not dead folks. Just lost interest, went through some crap, back on track. Maybe Winter 2019/2020 is my year. LOL. Gotta admit, music really took over in my life and all funds went to gear. Studio is now pretty much complete so i can maybe start looking at trains again in the winter.

    Hope everyone is still active!

I'm not a beer drinker by nature, but I still feel a bit like I've been cheated by not seeing a model of Yellowbeard brewery come into existence! I hope you'll pick up where you've left off.

Also, I can see that you've already got the local Moose population excited, be careful you don't cause a stampede. You remember how to avoid a stampede, don't you?

Nothing new has been posted, we're finishing off the new Divagation album currently and I have been sending ideas back and forth with the lads in CatapultingFeces over the last few weeks so that will be the next project. Majority of studio time has been recording new bands and helping out local musicians looking to get a demo to bring with them to get gigs. Re-learning how to use the newer tools has been my goal. Its amazing how much you can do now WITHOUT a masive studio and reel to reel recorders. LOL.

Bro! Well, considering I sold about 85% of my stuff over the last couple of years, I might need to buy a new structure to use as a brewery. I will be doing a tiny layout. Nothing bigger than 6'x3'

Biggest problem for me seems to be I shoot too big and then i get frustrated and cant complete. So the goal will be keeping it simple but actually finishing it.

I love for the stampede. lol. I'll encourage Moose all i can!
