Default I'm not quite dead yet

Good morning! Just thought I'd post and mention I am not dead. I'm scaled WAY back now though. My studio became my #1 priority since the house became a little emptier. We are empty nester's now and the basement room is now my music studio / vinyl addiction listening room. I've been selling a lot lately and getting myself down to what I need. My collecting got out of hand. Was overwhelmed to the point of not building and just collecting.

Reverse gears. I am getting down to 2 steam engines and 2 RS series diesels. More than enough for my planned layout. I am however stuck between 2. With my beloved George Romero passing away not too long ago it got me thinking that I wanted to do my horror themed layout big time. That is leading the way. I have a bedroom upstairs that is for when the kids visit or need to move back home. That being said, it is void of kids 25 days of the month. So why not pop up a table and begin a layout?

I'm leaning towards a 8' x 3' simple plan with more emphasis on detail. So this is where I sit. Making this one a tad smaller, but simple and mega detailed.

Looking forward to being more active as I scale back and get back to being able to actually model again. :-)
    ~Sean

Have you checked the obituaries to see if you've at least received an honorable mention?

Good to see you back! If you start (again), I start (again).

Man, I know that feeling! I have been buying cars & other trinkets, but have no actual desire to finish the mistake I started downstairs. Or get started on the new layout. Overwhelmed could be the culprit for me, also? Everytime I get near my old layout, I find something else to turn my attention to. I have had NO interest in the layout for over a year. I gotta reignite the fire!

Good luck on the new layout.

Glad to see this project has risen from the dead...

Will it still be a zombie theme? Or above mentioned horror theme?

(I will need to dig out my 1/160 zombie I started as a donation to your project....)

Then it appears you are going to be back Paul. :-) in 2 weeks I should be posting new foam. I'm currently on a massive weight loss so unfortunately the beer is not in the pictures these days.
