I know that Atlas says that this is a "new model", but isn't this actually a re-release of the BLMA 60' GSC flat car from 2015?

The ATSF cars are numbered as Ft-7 flat cars, just as the BLMA cars were released.

Oooh, if the undecs end up in the 15-20 range street price I'll prolly grab a few. No such thing as 'too many flatcars', after all.

Yes, you are correct. This is an ex-BLMA model being put out by Atlas. We have updated our blog accordingly.
