    Default Boeing MRR Club Swap Meet Nov. 10

    Any Nscale.net denizens planning on attending the swap meet at the Kent Commons Nov. 10, sponsored by the Boeing model railroad club?

    I'm on call, but thought I might poke my head in. ...

    They're offering door prizes. Now just what would I do if I won a door. ...

    @Paul Schmidt

    Mr & Mrs Moose plan on going, hopefully close to when the open so as to beat the crowds (or stampede'em!)!

    What are the chances of seeing some Japanese equipment at the swap?

    Slim, but not impossible. You never know what you'll find.

    The Great Train Show will be at the Puyallup Fairgrounds in January, they might have something there, but it would be a long shot as well...

    Had a great time Saturday! Saw lots of people I know, including Moose and Mrs. Moose, and some retired BNSF colleagues, including the former Seattle Terminal first-trick dispatcher, who'd I only spoken with via radio or phone.

    Spent most of the day at the NMRA table helping out. Attendence seemed better this year, probably due to there being no concurrent train show in the region this year.
