The last photo's items are too big, so will hold on for when do horribly oversized buildings...

I'm not allowed to buy much for myself in November or December, but found a copy of this at Goodwill tonight:

ANY book by Don Ball Jr is an awesome book, especially if you can get it for under 3 bucks!!

Tried the WS Rubber Latex and decided to buy and use this instead:

    Two packs of this:

    and a can of this:

All up, the mold material will give me 3.9 lbs of molding compound at approximately 25 sq inches per pound usage. That should be plenty to make molds of both single and double tunnel portals.

I ordered supermagnets yesterday - to flexibly install car card holders on module sidewalls and easily removed telephone poles on module tops

    edit: Pictures when they arrive.

That's a cool idea for the lineside poles!

Visited a small Model Train Show yesterday, got some Cardstock kits , little people and horses and about 12 meters of background. I also received a package from AK in Spain containing paints and weathering materials.

That AK Terrains has some brilliant stuff! A bit pricey but might be worth the extra dollars if it is as good as their site makes it out to be. I'll certainly be interested in seeing how what you got looks.

I just ordered these from everyones fav auction site. https://www.ebay.com/itm/10Pcs-Barri...53.m2749.l2649

Being a brit ex pat I am use to working with these. I am planing on using them to wire up the tortoises on the layout. I will solder the wires directly to the tortoise machine and then the other end to a section of these and run the other wires to these so the tortoise's are reusable but easy to change the wiring. Hoping they arrive in December as they are shipping from China.
