    Default Painting flexible handrails

Hi everyone! What paint do you recommend to paint handrails? Specifically, I'm looking for a white paint.
Having some issues with the rails flexing and paint chipping. I know there's spay stuff out there, but not finding anything for the small details.

    Thank you!

Tamiya or Pactra Racing Finish, either brand for RC car bodies, works well for me. Quite brushable

    What he said ^^^^^

The paint used on RC cars and such , is flexable to a point , thus not cracking and chipping

Thank you! That's what I was looking for, I just couldn't locate it with a google search. I just ordered some Tamiya.

While it isn't the cheapest option, I've found Microscale's Microprep works well. Especially if I have to paint the entire handrail section and not just the
ends near the steps. I've used acrylics over it and have been quite pleased how well the paint holds up. I've also used it and repaired some handrails
using Cyanoacrylate adhesive. I've made an applicator out of a small piece of wire and a small wooden dowel to apply the adhesive sparingly.
Just be sure when storing it to follow the directions. It does evaporate kinda sorta quickly if the instructions are not followed.
Don't ask me how I know......
Here's the link to Microscale's website for it: http://www.microscale.com/Merchant2/...y_Code=FINPROD

Here's another option that's worked for me.

I read about this years ago on another forum, I picked up a can of it at the local body shop, but it was spray can, used it on a couple of KATO SD40-2's
and the Floquil paint is still hanging on.

Basically it is a mild etchant that give the plastic a bit of tooth.

There is a wider assortment of this stuff, do a google search on this:
