    Default Carendt - logging lines

I have chosen a plan to model, something a little different from http://www.carendt.com/micro-layout-...logging-lines/
if you scroll down to "The Scene Behind the Sawmill" you'll see the plan. Not really an ideal scene for the shay to play on, but it looks interesting to model. However the first plan "Matson's Landing" is another plan I would like to build.

due to train room re-construction I can't start putting together the layout yet, but I already have a modular base in storage that is ideal for the scene behind the mill.

To stave off a moose stampede I will include a photo in this post.... pardon the mess....

The completed "module" in place above may eventually get connected to the left via bridge.

micro-layout will be undeneath where all that stuff is. First, however, I need to build a storage shelf for stuff to live on.

So the plans are going to need some modifications when I get to it, can't get them to fit nicely in the allocated space using existing T/O's

Seems that even though most of these plans were designed for tight spaces for larger layouts, I am having a hard time getting them to work using reliable N-scale turn-outs .... ideally electro-frog because of the short-wheel base loco's.

maybe I'll start simpler and smaller, fewer T/O's and I've already drawn this one up.

Here is the plan, ready for construction as soon as I finish setting up the train room. Made some modification to the Carendt logging plan so I can add the covered bridge. I wanted it angled such a way for photography.
