    Default Micro engineering customer support

Does anyone know the contact information for micro engineering customer support? I got a code 70#6 switch from a train show and it actually contained a code 55 in the sealed package lol

And no thanks to micro engineering...bought 3 switches at a train show a few years back and didn't open them, like I said one contained a code 55 in a code 70 package and they are refusing to send a replacement even though its unused. F for customer service. I'm going with atlas this time. The other 2 switches have elevated point rail to frog connecting greater than the head of the rail.

no wonder they don't have their customer service email on their website or packaging!!

All i can say is ......train show finds and treasures are often a take your chances kind of thing . Cant expect them to back up this from only what i can assume , is not a authorized dealer of their products

I'm sure someone on the site will have a need for it and would purchase it from you. Hopefully you can get most of your money back. I know it's not your point, but in the end I hope everything works out.

I agree that this doesn't reflect on their customer service... they may have already credited a dealer (or an online customer) for the error and didn't bother having them send it back. It ends up at a trainshow... someone else buys it... who knows.
If you bought it from them or one of their dealers, then you certainly should expect something in return.

As Bronman said... you'll find someone who needs it.
